Position Title: Purchasing Engineer
Salary Rate: $54,600.00 - $86,300.00 per year. Salary Rate depends on qualifications.

Relocation Essential: No Relocation required

The position will fulfill rules and practices to provide the most worthless movement of merchandise through the supply chain. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency to parse data and market facts for the present and future availability, and capacity of merchandise and facilities.

Obligations:
- Reviews, negotiates and approves procurement requisitions
- Review all warehouse lines on a weekly basis or as appropriate
- Ensure effective consumer sourcing and supplier management procedures are used with best performance
- Negotiate with third party contracts with vendors. Communicate closely with accounting to run stock costs
- Supervise new items and product mix
- Supervise supply processes to support client
- Communicate very promptly with supply chain department to have information regarding the competition, potential entrants, pricing forecast and purchase issues

Applicant requirements:
- Ability to show up, troubleshoot a wide range of technical and none-technical problems
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as price lists, catalogs, requisitions, vendor quotes and invoices
- Ability to work independently, communicate internally
- Advanced Microsoft Office Tools Excel, Word and Outlook ability for regular reporting
- Ability to rise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 30 pounds
- Valid driver�s license is required
- legal age 21+; US Lawful Permanent Resident
- No relocation is essential
